Contact Idaho Court Records

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull official documents, file paperwork, or issue certified copies for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.

Need an Official Document?

Idaho has no single statewide clerk for trial files. Use the county directory to reach the Clerk of the District Court where a case was filed. County offices also hold local jail, warrant, marriage-license, and recorded-certificate information.

Statewide records have separate custodians: the Idaho Department of Correction provides the Resident/Client Search; Idaho State Police BCI maintains criminal history and the sex-offender registry; Idaho Vital Records issues marriage and divorce certificates; and the Idaho Transportation Department maintains driver records.
